Termite Treatment for Building and Renovating
Termite Treatment - In the early stages of building, before pouring concrete and laying flooring on stumps, a termite barrier should be installed in accordance with AS 3660.2 using approved termite barrier systems.
Guardian Pest Control Pty Ltd are qualified to install both physical and chemical barriers including Termidor, Premise, Biflex, Alterm, Homeguard, Termortar, Termitium and Altis Reticulation Systems.
Once the building is complete a termiticide barrier must be installed around the perimeter prior to any paving or concreting being laid against the building.
A full certificate is then supplied which complies with the statutory regulations.
Important checklist:
* Consult with Guardian Pest Control Pty Ltd regarding the appropriate termite method and stages of installation.
* STOP! Paving or concreting must be termite treated before installed. |

TERMORTAR:
A tested and approved termite proof mortar system, installed in the external perimeter bottom courses of brickwork bedding as well as the perp ends resulting in a physical barrier against termite ingress.
Termortar is installed by qualified bricklayers.
Termortar pipe penetration collars are installed by Guardian Pest Control Pty Ltd Technicians.
